The opening hours are the hours the whole spa is open.

This setting is not to do with treatments/ sessions availability, this is just the spa's opening times. You can set more restrictions on when treatments/ sessions can be booked in individual settings.

To set the opening hours of your spa go to Settings > Opening hours.

All the days of the week will be listed and you will be able to select the opening times for each day by pressing '+ Add slot' > write in the times > Add slot.

From the screenshot, you can see the opening hours for each day. If the spa is closed for a certain day every week you can remove the opening time by selecting the 'x' next to the opening hours for that day. Then it will say 'Closed all day' in the slot for that day.

For example, on Wednesdays this spa is closed.

You can also add multiple slots for each day, so if the whole spa is usually closed for lunch you can build that into your opening hours, for example, here on Thursday you can see there are two time slots of when the spa is open. You can do this by simply adding as many slots as you need using the '+ Add slot' button.

Remember to press 'Save opening hours'.

How to add exceptions for opening hours

You are also able to add any exceptions to the opening hours you have set. For example, if closed for Christmas day or extended opening hours on bank holidays you can add these as exceptions.

To add any exceptions go to Settings > Opening hours > scroll down to Exceptions > Add new exception.

From here you will then be able to select the date that this exception will apply to. If this is for 'Close all day' you can then 'Create exception'. If this date is 'Close partially' or 'Open for longer' you will be prompted to enter in the timings. Then you can select 'Create exception' and all exceptions will appear in a list. (see video attached)

You can also delete any of these exceptions by pressing the three dots and selecting 'Delete'.
