How to filter credits on a Client profile

If your Members all have credits they can redeem as part of their membership such as 10% off treatments etc, you may find over time that these accumulate. To make it easier to view which are still unredeemed or any that have expired, there's a handy filter tool to help with that.

To start filtering your credits, head to Clients > select on a client profile > scroll down to the 'Credits' section.

This will show all credits, including 'Redeemable', 'Redeemed', 'Expired', 'Revoked'.

However, you can filter this list so you can only see credits with a particular status. To do this select the eye icon. From here you can then choose how you wish to filter:

  • Only show active (redeemable)

  • Only show expired

  • Only show revoked

  • Only show redeemed

This is a great tool to use if you want to quickly check the credits your member still have to redeem!
