To view any orders in Trybe head to the Orders tab on the left side panel.
Here you will see a collection of all the orders that have ever been in your Trybe system. You can go through the various pages by the numbers at the bottom of the page.
The results will list...
Status and the items within the order
Item date
Customer
Cost
Labels - this will show any order labels that have been added to the order. (It will not show the client labels here!)
You can export these orders into a spreadsheet by selecting the 'Export' button. Here you will then be able to save/ print the data.
However, you can use the Filters to narrow down what specific orders you want to see. You can also use multiple filters at once to make your search even more specific!
Filters
Search
Each order in your Trybe system has a unique five letter/digit order reference. You can use this reference to find the order on the Orders page.
The search filter allows you to search the system for orders by entering the unique order reference, customer name or item.
If you enter the order reference it will provide you with the one result as all order references are only linked to one specific order.
If you enter the customer name i.e. John Smith, it will provide you with all orders with a client named John Smith and as you scroll down it will also provide you with any other Johns or Smiths.
If you enter the item it will provide you with all orders that have this item in it. For example, if you searched 'Radiance facial' it will show you all the orders include 'Radiance facial' but also any other orders with an item with 'facial' in the name.
It is best to search using the order reference as it will give you the one result as shown in the screenshot.
Status
You can choose to filter via the 'Status' of the order.
The statuses you can choose from are:
New
No show
In progress
Submitted
Settled
Cancelled
You can use this filter to keep track of your orders. For example, you could filter by 'No show' along with the 'Item date' filter and then get in contact with the guests that did not show up for their booking.
Item date
You can use the 'Item date' filters to set a date range of the when the booking is taking place. This way you will be able to track upcoming booking and find previous bookings.
You could use this if you need to contact all guests that are coming into the spa on a certain day. You could set the date range to the one day then all the orders for that day will show up and you will be able to contact the guests booked in accordingly.
To remove the date range you have selected, press the 'clear' button.
Label
Use the 'Label' to filter via the order labels that have been attached to the orders in your system. Select the label/ labels from the drop menu.

You can select the label from the drop down menu, this will then show results for all orders with this specific order label attached.
In this scenario you could filter via a label called 'Hotel guest' and select a certain 'Item date', you will then be able to see all booking with the 'Hotel guest' order label within the date range.
Appointment types
Use this filter to filter your orders via your Appointment types. Select the appointment types from the drop down menu, these will be all the appointment types you have created in settings.
For example, you can use this tool to find bookings with a certain appointment type if you need to inform the guests of a change to the appointment.
Session types
Use this filter to filter your orders via your Session types. Select the session types from the drop down menu, these will be all the session types you have created in settings.
For example, you can use this tool to find bookings with a certain session type if you need to inform the guests of a change to the session.
Packages
Use this filter to filter your orders via your Packages. Select the packages from the drop down menu, these will be all the packages you have created in settings.
For example, you can use this tool to find bookings with a certain package if you need to inform the guests of a change to the package i.e. maybe a certain choice within a package is not available.
Retail products
You can now use the NEW product filter on the orders page to filter Retail Products from the drop-down menu, these will be all the Retail Products you have created in settings.
For example, you can use this tool to find orders with a certain Retail Product if you need to inform the guests of a change due to the availability of the stock or to find specific retail orders.
Received date
This tool is used to filter your orders by the date the booking was received.
To do this select 'From' and 'To' dates on the 'Received date' section. You can choose the date(s) from the drop down calendar. Once the date(s) is selected, the orders that appear will have the received date(s) you selected so you'll be able to see all the orders that came in on a certain date(s).
Sales channel
You can also filter your orders by sales channel. To do this choose a sales channel from the drop down menu. Sales channels are where the booking came from, this can be 'website', 'email', 'direct' etc.
For example, if you were trying to find a booking that you took over the phone today, you could set the 'Received date' and then select the sales channel 'Phone'. The results will then show all orders that have been taken today and has the sales channel 'Phone' attached to the order.
Only membership orders
If you want to be able to track your membership orders you can use this filter to easily see results for membership orders only.
Simply toggle the 'Only membership orders' button on and you will be able to see the membership order that have come through.
Toggle on both 'Only membership orders' and 'Only outstanding balances' to see a list of all membership orders with outstanding balances so you can take the appropriate action.
Only outstanding balances
If you want to see all orders (bookings and memberships) that have an outstanding balance. Toggle on the 'Only outstanding balances', this will bring up all orders that have not yet fully paid.
You could use this tool alongside the 'Item date' filter. For example. you could set the date to the next day and toggle on the 'Only outstanding balances' so you can check any bookings for tomorrow that haven't paid in full yet and get in contact with the guests accordingly. Helping you to keep track of your orders and take any actions that are required.
