How to see the date/ time a mandate was created/ revoked?
To view the date and time a mandate was created or revoked, follow these simple steps:
Go to the 'Clients' tab on the side panel.
Select the client profile for which you want to view the mandate (you can use the search field by entering name, phone number or email address)
Scroll down to the 'Payment methods' section.
If there is a mandate associated with the client, you will see the mandate details including the date and time it was created and, if applicable, the date and time it was revoked.
