How to manually opt someone into Marketing Preferences?

As a user in Trybe, with the customer's permission, you can opt the customer into Marketing preferences. You can do this on the Client's profile.

Head to the Clients tab > select the client profile > scroll down to the Marketing preferences filter > select +Opt in.

Here you will be able to select the marketing preference the customer wants to opt in for.

When you select the Marketing Preference > Opt in. This marketing preference will then be added to the client profile and you will be able to see the date that the user has opted the customer in.

How to remove someone from a marketing preference they previously wanted to be opted in to?

Select the three dots next to the marketing preference and then 'Opt out'. The marketing preference will then be removed from the client profile.
