Marketing preferences
During the check out process of an order marketing preferences will be displayed and customers can opt into these by ticking the boxes according to their preference.
To create your marketing preferences head to Settings > Marketing preferences > Add new preference > fill in the Name > Create.
These marketing preferences cannot be deleted only archived. To do this press the three dots next to the marketing preference > Archive.
If you are a group and have multiple sites, Marketing preferences are shared across all sites in the group. Therefore if you Archive a preference this will archive for all sites in the group, therefore you'll need to Disable or Enable the preference for your Site. Only the preferences you have enabled will show on your Shop to your Customers. (see image 1)
Once you have set up your marketing preferences, this will be displayed on the shop front when checking out an order. (See Image 2)
The customer will then also be able to mange their marketing preferences on their My account section of the shop front. Select the person icon > Account details > Marketing section > tick/ untick any preferences > 'Update marketing preferences'. (See Image 3)
