Can I edit a Checked Out order?

When you check an order out, you cannot edit, add or remove anything from the order that may affect the Item value and payments. Trybe will not do anything with checked out orders as they are now considered to be finalised.

You will still be able to provide refunds on a Checked Out order however, if you do you will have to manually post that to your PMS and/or remove and re-do the Revenue Posting for that day. 

Why? 

To assist with your revenue reporting, you can create Revenue Posting reports or if you have an integration with your PMS system your revenue and payments will be automatically pushed to your PMS. Trybe will only push revenue and create Revenue Posting reports on any orders that have been Checked Out. Once the revenue has been pushed or reported on, there is no way to amend and update the PMS or report should any changes be made to a specific order after that point.

How do I check out my orders?

To check out an order you can either go to the calendar > press on the order > Check out OR go to the order > Check out at the bottom of the page
When you select 'Check out' you will receive a warning. It will warn you that checked out orders cannot be edited (highlighted in yellow in Image 2)
This warning therefore allows you to double check that you have edited everything on this order as there is a 'cancel' option.
