Trybe KPI Dashboard

Written by Ben Hamrogue

Your Sales Performance at a Glance

Welcome to your Trybe Home Screen KPI Dashboard; your at-a-glance overview of how your site is performing. Designed to give you instant visibility into your sales activity, the dashboard helps you stay on top of key trends without needing to dive into detailed reports.

What is the KPI Dashboard?

The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Dashboard is the first thing you'll see when logging into Trybe. It provides a quick summary of your site's sales performance over the last 30 days, allowing you and your team to monitor performance trends in real time.

What Does the Dashboard Show?

The dashboard is built around a clear, easy-to-read graph that visualises your order data across the past 30 days. Alongside the graph, you'll find summary boxes that highlight the average order values of all orders as well as the website average order value.

1. Total Orders

The graph displays the total number of orders your site has taken each day over the past 30 days. You will see the key for the graph at the bottom of the graph to determine all orders and website orders.

  • Each point on the graph represents a day's order volume.

  • Use this to spot trends, peak booking days, and quieter periods.

  • Hover over the graph to see exact figures for any given day.

📊 Summary Box – Average Order Value (AOV): To the right of the graph, you'll see a summary box showing the Average Order Value across all orders. This is calculated by dividing your total revenue by the total number of orders within the 30-day period, providing a key indicator of how much your customers are spending on average.

2. Website Orders

Within the same graph is the colour coded line for website orders which will display the number of orders made via the website over the past 30 days.

  • This isolates online bookings and purchases, helping you measure the performance of your digital channel.

  • Compare this against your total orders to understand how much of your business is being driven online.

📊 Summary Box – Website Average Order Value: To the right of the graph, a summary box displays the Average Order Value for website orders only. This figure helps you understand the spending behaviour of your online customers specifically, which can differ from in-person or phone bookings.

Why These Metrics Matter

Metric

What It Tells You

Total Orders (30 days)

Overall sales volume and business activity trends

Average Order Value (All Orders)

How much your typical customer is spending

Website Orders (30 days)

The strength and consistency of your online channel

Website Average Order Value

Spending behaviour of your online customers

Together, these KPIs give you a balanced view of both volume (how many orders) and value (how much each order is worth), across both your overall business and your website specifically.

Tips for Using the Dashboard Effectively

  • Check it daily. A quick glance each morning helps you spot performance shifts early.

  • Compare total vs. website orders. This helps you assess how well your online channel is converting.

  • Watch the AOV trends. A rising AOV may indicate successful upselling or premium product uptake, while a falling AOV could highlight a discount-heavy period.
