To access this report head to Reports > Operations > Login Activity.
This report includes all login attempts for the organisation between the chosen dates.
The report will list...
IP address
User - Name of the user, if you select on the user, it will take you directly to their profile
Login status - 'Successful' or 'Failed'
Login attempted - the date and time this user successfully or unsuccessfully logged in (the time displayed will be in the local time of the site you are logged in as)
You can select the date range filter to filter by a certain date range i.e. all login attempts in January 2025.
You can also select 'Add filter' and toggle on 'Login status' to filter by either 'successful' or 'failed'...
This report can also be exported too by selecting 'Export'. Please note, the times in the export are given in the UTC time zone.
Only users with 'Organisation Reports' permission will be able to view the Login Activity report. Currently only Trybe admin users are able to provide this level of permission so please do reach out to [email protected] if you would like access.
