On the Clients tab you'll be able to access and manage your Membership accounts.

To access this select the 'Clients' tab on the left hand side, then select 'Memberships' and a list of your memberships will appear. You can click between the pages to see more results.

The list will show membership status, client, type, rate, start date, end date and next billing date.

You will then be able to filter your search using the filter tools.

You can select 'Export' to export this report into a spreadsheet !

Membership Options

You can use the options underneath Memberships to filter your search, you can see there is already a total showing how many for each option.


You can select between these options:

  • Needs mandate - this will show any memberships that needs mandate

  • Payment failed - this will show any memberships that have failed payments

  • Ending within 7 days - this will produce results for the memberships that are ending within 7 days

  • Payment due within 7 days - this will displays memberships with their payment due within 7 days.

Membership filters

You can filter your memberships using the different sections of the filter:

  • Status - choose between Active, Cancelled, Expired and Needs attention.

  • Type - choose between the memberships types you have set up in your settings

  • Created - select the date range and it will show results for the memberships that were created within this date range

  • Ends - select the date range and it will show results for the memberships that end within this date range

  • Next billing date - select the date range and it will show results for the memberships that have the next billing date within this date range

You can select filters from each section to narrow your search down further.

Manage memberships

To manage your current memberships, simply select on a membership from the list. This will direct you to the client profile who this membership belongs to.

You can then scroll down to the Memberships section. Here you will be able to see the membership status, type, rate, price, whether they are up to date with payments and the next billing date.

If you press onto the membership it will expand and provide you with more details about the membership including membership since, membership ends, membership number, payment method and any recent charges for this membership.

There is also an 'Associated order' and if you press 'Go to order' it will automatically bring you to the order for this membership type where you will be able to view the joining fee and pro rate if relevant.

If you select the three dots you will be able to...

  • Edit - here you can edit the membership type, rate, start date and end date. Press 'Save changes' when done.

  • Record Payment - if a payment has been made manually you can select from the options you have set up in Settings > Payment types

  • Request Mandate - if you select this option you will then be able to 'Send mandate request' via email to the client where they can set up their direct debit mandate for paying their membership fees

  • Cancel - here you can cancel the membership
