About the last 4 digits of the card number shown on the payment
If a customer is querying why the last four digits of the card number shown on the payment are different from their physical card, please be aware that the last 4 digits you see for Apple Pay transactions on the statement are not the real last 4 digits of the card, but an encrypted number generated only for that transaction due to security purposes. This is a security feature developed by Apple and we can't change it. Therefore, if your client pays by Apple Pay and the last 4 digits that appear on the payment tab are different from the last 4 digits of their bank card, this is normal.
