SpaSeekers Integration Settings

Do you use SpaSeekers to promote your Spa?

Well now you can connect your Trybe account to SpaSeekers so that when you receive a booking made via SpaSeekers this will instantly drop into Trybe. No manual entry needed!

To set this up, firstly, we'll need to contact SpaSeekers to initiate the set up from their end. Once they have checked off what they need to do the next steps will be to configure the settings in Trybe to enable the offerings you want customers to be able to purchase via SpaSeekers and any availability rules.

To do this, head to Settings:

  • Integrations

  • OTA Availability

From here, you'll firstly want to enable the offerings that can be sold via SpaSeekers. Simply navigate through the different offering types; Appointments, Sessions, Area Bookings and Packages, any offerings you wish to enable just select the toggle next to the offering name to turn it blue. Once you have gone through all offerings, make sure to select SAVE.

Next, because these Orders will be made via an OTA, there may be some restrictions you wish to make to what can be booked, when and how many.

To do this, scroll down to the Availability section > select 'Add new rule' - see screenshot three.

For each rule, you will need to define a Date range, then select the weekdays within this date range that should be available to book. Once you've select your dates, there's three Availability options to choose from - you MUST set up one of these rules for the integration to work:

  • Unlimited - this means that as long as there's availability for the offering as set up in your Trybe settings, then customers can book until you're fully booked.

  • No Bookings - if you need to block off a particular date or week you can use this to stop any bookings being accepted via the OTA.

  • Maximum Daily Guests - you can use this to set a cap of how many orders you want to be made via the OTA. Please note, you only need to use this if it is lower than what your availability rules in your Trybe settings would allow. If you set this higher, bookings will cap at your maximum availability on that day.

Once you have chosen your rule > select CREATE.
