If you would like Trybe to place your guests in larger rooms (i.e. Double Rooms) before single rooms when two or more guests are booking online you can toggle on the 'Prefer larger rooms' button for your appointments. To do this head to Settings > Appointment types > edit > scroll to the Guest section > Prefer larger rooms. By toggling this on it will mean that when a customer on the shop front is purchasing an order for more than one guest and they are ordering the same appointment at the same time, Trybe will assign the larger rooms with greater capacity first (if available) allowing these guests to have their treatment in the same room.
