How to see the Order history of a Client?

You can see a collection of Orders made by a particular Client within the Clients Profile.

To view this head to Clients tab > search/ select on the client > scroll down to the Orders section.

Here you will see a list of all orders this client has made as a lead booker.

The list of Orders will show:

• Order reference

• Status of the order

• Date/ time the order was received

• The amount of items within the order.

If you select onto the order it will then bring you to the order page for that order.

On the Client profile it will list the most recent 5 orders but if you select the 'View __ more' option it will bring you to the orders tab where all orders have been filtered to only show a collection of orders for this specific client (see second screenshot)

On the Client profile if you select '+New' it will then generate a new order and prefill the Client details section on the Order with this Client's details.
