How to enable tips on card readers?

You can enable tips for Trybe Pay card readers so that customers can then have a choice of adding a tip.

To do this all you have to do is head to Settings > Order management > Service charge > scroll to 'Tip on card reader' section and toggle on 'Enable tipping on card readers' > 'Save'.

Once this has been enabled, this will mean that when a customer is paying via the card reader, an option to add a tip will appear. This is in addition to any service charge that may be added.

As you can see from the second screenshot, if a tip has been added via the card reader, in the 'Payments' section, the notes section will display how much tip was added for the transaction. The total tip amount will also then be displayed just above the 'total'.
