How to download Membership receipts?

Do you have members requesting a receipt for their membership charges?

Good news, your members can download their receipts from their Account on the shop or any user can download a receipt for a member within Trybe. Once downloaded the membership receipt will open in a PDF, from here you will be able to save/ print the receipt.

The membership receipt will list:

• Membership number

• Date the payment was paid

• Membership type and which billing period this payment was for

• Sub total

• VAT (20% for UK based sites)

• Total

• Payment information - This will only appear if it was a payment taken by direct debit. Here it will display the last 4 digits of the account number.

• Tax info (Registered address and tax ID for your business) See how to enter your tax info here
