How to disable membership confirmed email?
When a customer signs up for a membership (See Video on how new members can sign up online) they will automatically receive a confirmation email letting them know their membership has been confirmed.
If you don't want this to be sent automatically, i.e. you like to call or contact the new member an alternative way to give them more information, you can turn this off.
To do this, you can head to Settings > Membership types > edit > scroll to Options > toggle on 'Disable membership confirmed email'.
If you toggle this on, this will mean that customers will NOT receive an email letting them know their membership is confirmed.
You can choose to do this for certain memberships as the button is linked to individual memberships and not all of your memberships in general. Therefore, for some memberships you can have the membership confirmed email whereas you can disable this for other membership types!
