In this video we will run through how to create your Sales Channels and Order Labels. You can use Sales Channels to track how bookings are being placed to monitor your Online Vs in person/phone sales. When Orders are placed you can then create Order Labels to show any additional key information about the Orders i.e. Hotel Guest, Medical Injury, Special Occasion etc.
