How to 'Check in' / 'No show' session attendees?
If you're taking a session and want to accurately record which attendees turned up for the class and which did not, you can record this on the attendee list from the Calendar page.
When on the Calendar you can select a session that is set to take place, this will bring up a list of the attendees for the session.
From here you can then 'Check in' and 'No show' the people booked in for this session. This makes it really easy to keep track of which of these guests attended the session!
To mark whether the guest has shown up or not, on the session pop up select the three dots next to the guest's name > then you can choose to 'Check in' or 'No show'.
If you 'Check in' a '✅' will appear next to the guest's name.
If you 'No show' a '🚫' will appear next to the guest's name.
If you want to undo a 'Check in' or 'No show' you can select the three dots 'Undo check in' and 'Undo no show'.
At the bottom of the session pop up you will also be able to see a quick summary to see a total of how many guests have checked into the session and how many haven't showed up.
Do you want to be able to print this session list? Well you can do this by pressing the 'Print' button - simple as that!
