How can I make an offering only accessible by a link?

Do you have Offerings that only certain guests i.e. Hotel Guests can book in for or do you have a new package on offer for your loyal customers to book?

If so, you don't want these to be available generally on your shop, so we have a way that you can send a link out to certain customers to book the offering online!

You can do this for your Appointment types, Session types, Area booking types, Packages and Courses!

To find the 'By link only' option you need to head to Settings > Appointment types/ Session types/ Area booking types/ Packages/ Courses > edit (or click on the offering) > scroll to Visibility.

Here you can select 'By link only'. This offering will then only be accessible for customer who have been given the unique URL for this particular offering. It won't be indexed on search engines and won't be found on your category and main home pages.

Therefore, the offering will be available online but not to the public. It will only be available to those who have access to the link!
