Global Header
If you want to find any page in Trybe you can easily do this by selecting the 'Search Trybe' bar or Ctrl K. This will open a pop up where you can then search for any main page in Trybe!
The global header will allow you to search for:
Home > any of the dashboards i.e. Daily revenue, Daily sales, Occupancy
Orders (go to the Orders page or search for a particular order using Order Reference, first name, last name, email address)
Calendar
Clients (go to the clients page or search for a particular client using first name, last name, email address, phone number)
Memberships
Rota
Inventory > any page in the inventory i.e. Products, Brands, Stocktakes etc
Vouchers
Reports > any report within Trybe i.e. Sold items, Top customers, Transactions etc
Settings > any page on the settings page i.e. opening hours, appointment types, client labels etc
Searching for Orders:
Enter in the order ref you want to search for i.e. TRZR9. From here you can then choose to go directly to the order by selecting Orders > Go to order TRZR9. Or you can select Search for Order 'TRZR9' and this will take you to the Orders page.
You can also search for Orders via the client name or email, if you enter in the email/ name > Search Orders for '___' > it will then take you to the Orders page with a list of all order for clients with this name/ email address. Please note that you will still be able to search for orders on the Orders page using the search bar too.
Searching for Clients:
Enter in the Client you wish to search for, you can search a client via their name, email or phone number. Once you have entered this in select 'Search client for '______'' > this will then take you to the Clients page and will list the clients. For the more filtered down search it would be best to search by email or phone number as this would be unique to a specific client whereas filtering by name is less specific. Please note that you will still be able to search for Clients using the search bar on the clients page too. Simply head to the Clients page > select the search bar to expand it, then enter in your search.
