How to add equipment?
As part of your Appointments, you may need some equipment i.e Hot Rocks for the Hot Rock Massage or you may just wish to manage the amount of a specific treatment your team can take at the same time.
If you only have enough for say three sessions at the same time, you need to let Trybe know so it can assess this when checking Availability for your Hot Rock massage.
To add equipment head to Settings > Equipment > Add equipment > Enter Name and Quantity > Add.
To edit this at any time or add a Description select the three dots > 'Edit', update the information, then 'Save'.
Then when creating your Appointment types you can allocate the Equipment required for that appointment and Trybe will take this into consideration when checking availability.
To delete equipment select the three dots > delete or 'edit' then 'delete'.
Before you are able to 'delete' you must remove all future appointments and sessions for this equipment before you can delete it.
