How do I add a session in Trybe?
Adding guests to your Trybe sessions is a straightforward process that enhances your scheduling experience. This guide outlines two convenient methods for seamlessly incorporating guests into your session types.
Method 1: Via the Calendar
Accessing the Calendar:
Navigate to the calendar and click on any white space to reveal the booking pop-up.
Selecting the Session:
Within the pop-up, choose the desired session type from the options presented (refer to the first screenshot).
Adding Guests:
Once your session type is selected, click on '+add guest' to input each guest's name swiftly. Utilize the convenient 'Select All' button for efficiency (refer to the second screenshot).
Navigating through Availability:
Click 'Next' at the bottom of the pop-up to view the session's availability on the calendar. Select your preferred date, and proceed to the next step.
Finalizing Booking:
After selecting the date, proceed to choose the session time. The system will indicate available spaces and times (refer to the third screenshot).
Confirmation:
Confirm the booking to reserve spaces for the added guests. You can then proceed to process the order as usual.
Waitlist Function:
If the session has the waitlist function enabled and you exceed the available capacity, some guests will be placed on the waitlist. This information will be clearly displayed on the order overview, session tile on the calendar, and in the confirmation email.
