With Trybe, you are now able to integrate your RMS Cloud PMS system to post over your financial data! In order to get this integration started, you would first need to contact RMS Cloud to obtain your credentials to connect to Trybe. You can find the details required below.

Once these details have been entered you can then 'Enable Integration' and that will allow for financial postings to start sending over to RMS! After you have enabled this, you can also start configuring the settings to decide on which Property and Receipt Account you would like to send these to. In order to assist your finance teams in tracking Trybe transactions, you may wish to set-up a Receipt Account just for Trybe.
From there, you can then start mapping your Revenue Centres and Payment Types! All mappings are to be created within RMS and then you can assign these codes to a Trybe equivalent Revenue Centre and Payment Type.
After you have completed this, you can then set-up the type of posting you would like for each manual payment type between either deposit or non-deposit posting! You can find details on how to do this in our Payment Types guides.
