How to restart Opera postings in Trybe ?

The best way to restart your postings to Opera within Trybe will only require a couple steps:

  • Firstly, you will need to confirm that the server running the docker desktop relay is up and running by heading to Settings > Integrations > Manage integrations > Opera.

  • From there, you can either create an order or find an existing order with an outstanding amount in your system.

  • Once you have the above, you can go to the ‘Charge to Room’ button as if you were taking a payment (Click on 'Pay £...' OR head to the 'Payments' tab > Add Payment > Charge to room). Then do a room search for 9500 which will send a message to the relay. The 9500 room typically relates to a ‘Lost Interface’ or a type of fall back room if a posting does not have a mapping.

  • You can then double check the relay status within the Opera integration page (Settings > Integrations > Manage integrations > Opera). The relay status should show as 'Ok' with a green light.
