How to view your subscription fees and invoices
Subscription fees are charged for at the beginning of each month which we automatically charge from the Direct Debit details provided.
Your invoices for these monthly payments can be found in your Trybe account by heading to Settings > Billing.
Here you will see a page full of all your invoices. You will see a unique invoice code, the amount the invoice is for (where the £ sign is) and the issue date.
Each invoice will have a status:
Paid > If the invoice has been paid, the green 'Paid' label will be visible.
Open > If the payment is in progress, the blue 'Open' label will be visible.
To view the invoices in more detail you can press on an invoice or press the three little dots in the top right hand corner of each invoice and then press view.
Stripe dashboard
The Stripe dashboard is only available if you are using our legacy Stripe integration rather than Trybe Pay.
To view your Stripe Dashboard head to Settings > Billing > Visit Stripe Dashboard.
By pressing this button it will redirect you to Stripe where you will be prompted to enter in your Stripe account details. Once you're logged in you will be able to view all your invoices and payments in Stripe.
This is a really handy feature making it super easy for you to get from Trybe to Stripe in one click! For example, if a customer is stating that they did not receive a refund you can select the 'Visit Stripe Dashboard' button, search the customer and see what status their order is in.
If you have any questions regarding payments in Stripe please head to Stripe support.
