Member's account/ client profile
When someone has become a member they can log into their account on the shop front to view their membership and credits.
If they press the person icon a drop down menu will appear and they can select My account > Memberships. Here they will be able to see the membership name, the rate, a member since date, a next billing date and an expires date. It will also show the status as 'Active'.
If they select 'Membership credits' they will be able to see all the credits that they have been given through purchasing this membership.
As a user on Trybe you will be able to go into the client profile and see the membership there if they have signed up via the shop. You will also see any credits associated with their profile.
The credits will have a status;
- Redeemable - the credit is ready to be applied
- Redeemed - the credit has been used already and can no longer be used
- Revoked - the credit has been taken away from the client profile
- Expired - the credit can no longer be used as it has expired
