Practitioner Restrictions
You are also able to add restrictions to your practitioners. To do this head to Settings > Practitioners > edit (specific practitioner) > scroll down to Appointment restrictions > Add new appointment restriction.
There are 2 types of restrictions that you can place on a Practitioner:
'Cannot Offer' - the practitioner is not allowed to practice this type of treatment
'Maximum Duration' - the practitioner is only permitted to carry out the treatment a certain amount of time per day (The mins you select here does NOT include the cleaning times of the appointments)
When adding these restrictions you can select both a 'Date range' if needed. Use these dates to set a date range for this restriction. You can select either or you can leave both blank if you want this restriction to apply to the practitioner for all dates.
You can apply as many restrictions as required for Specific Appointment Types or Certain Categories.
Remember to press 'Save' when all restrictions have been added.
You can come back in to edit / remove these at any time.
