To add order labels to an order head to the order in question via the "Orders" tab or create a new order. In the 'order details' section you will see a labels section...
Press 'Labels' and a pop up will appear of all the order labels you have created in your settings. Here you can tick the labels that you want to apply to this order and then select "Done" to apply the labels to the order...
To remove labels from an order you can select on the labels and the pop up will appear, you can then untick any that you no longer want to be on the order then select "Done".
You can add as many labels as you want to an order.
If you want to add more information about the order label you have tagged then you can use the notes feature. To add notes go to Orders > select the order > notes > + Add note > enter the note > Add. In the example below the order label is a 'Special Occasion' and on the order notes 'birthday' has been added to give more information.
You can delete any notes that have been created by selecting 'Delete'.
Filter orders by order labels
You can filter orders by order labels so you will be able to see all orders that have a certain order label.
To do this head to Orders > Filters > Label > select what order label you want to filter by via the drop down menu.
This will generate a list of orders that have been tagged with whichever label you have filtered by.
You can transfer the list that has been generated into a spreadsheet by pressing 'Export', this can then be saved or printed.
Top Tip: You can also use the Revenue by order label report to see data on orders with certain order labels.
How to view order labels via the calendar
Any order labels that have been added to an order will be visible on the calendar.
When you go to the calendar, immediately you will be able to see any treatments that have an order label as a little coloured square will be visible on the order...
If you hover over the order it will then reveal what order label this is and any order notes that have been added.
You can then press on the order to see the order label and press 'Order notes' to view the notes set up or add any new notes.
