To add order labels to an order go into the order either via '+ New order' or 'Orders' tabs and go to the labels section.

Press 'Add labels' and a drop down menu will appear of all the labels you have created. When you press on a label to apply to this order it will appear, you can delete labels from an order by pressing the 'x'.

You can add as many labels as you want to an order.

If you want to add more information about the order label you have tagged then you can use the notes feature. To add notes go to Orders > select the order > notes > + Add note > enter the note > Add. In the example below the order label is a 'Special Occasion' and on the order notes 'birthday' has been added to give more information.

You can delete any notes that have been created by selecting 'Delete'.

Filter orders by order labels

You can filter orders by order labels so you will be able to see all orders that have a certain order label.

To do this head to Orders > Filters > Labels > select what order label you want to filter by via the drop down menu.

This will generate a list of orders that have been tagged with whichever label you have filtered by.

You can transfer the list that has been generated into a spreadsheet by pressing 'Export', this can then be saved or printed.

How to view order labels via the calendar

Any order labels that have been added to an order will be visible on the calendar.

When you go to calendar, immediately you will be able to see any treatments that have an order label as a little coloured square will be visible on the order.

If you hover over the order it will then reveal what order label this is and any order notes that have been added.

You can then press on the order to see the order label and press 'Order notes' to view the notes set up or add any new notes.
