Bulk export itineraries

You can export the itinerary of a guest's stay via heading to the individual order and downloading the itinerary. For more information, click here to consult our guide on this topic.

However, if you want to export all itineraries for a certain date rather than having to head into each order individually then you can do this via the Calendar! Head to Calendar and then on the 'Diary' or 'Schedule' view, if you select 'Reports' > here you will have the option of 'Export itineraries'.

This will then export all of the itineraries for all orders booked in on that date into a Microsoft word document.

The itinerary will display the guest name and the order ref. Underneath the date of the booking will be the appointments/ sessions/ area bookings and packages along with the start time and end time of each offering.

The itinerary only shows items with timings i.e. bookings. Therefore, any other items in the order such as Products, Vouchers or Courses will not appear as they have no date or time.

As you are downloading this for all orders for a particular day please note, each guest's itinerary will be on a separate page, so remember to scroll if you're wondering why you cannot see the itinerary for all guests!
