You can add profile pictures to your Client Profiles!
To do this head to the Clients tab > select the client you want to add a picture to.
Select the three dots next to the person icon. You can then either:
Take photo
Upload photo

How to enable access to camera on Chrome
Before you are able to take the photo you will have to allow access to the camera.
To take a photo for the client picture select the three dots > Take photo.
The ability to take a picture will only work for devices with a webcam built in or a webcam attached.
To take the picture you will have to allow access to the camera. The images on this step will show you how to enable access when on Chrome. (Please view the below steps to see how to enable this on Microsoft Edge and Safari)
When you select 'Take photo', you will have to then allow access. Select 'Allow' shown in the second screenshot.
How to enable camera access when blocked?
If you have accidently blocked your camera access, you can select the camera icon in the search bar > tick 'Always allow https://app.try.be to access your camera' > Done. Once you've done this, refresh the page and you will now be able to access your camera.
How to enable access to camera on Safari
To allow camera access for Safari, when you select the three dots > Take a photo > this message will appear.
Here you will have to select 'Allow' to allow access to the camera.
How to enable camera access when blocked?
If you have accidently blocked access to the camera you can select 'Safari' in the top left > Settings for "app.try.be"
From here you can then change the camera drop down from 'Deny' to 'Allow'. Then refresh the browser and you will now be able to take a photo.
How to enable access to camera on Microsoft Edge
To allow camera access for Microsoft Edge, when you select the three dots > Take a photo > this message will appear:
Here you will have to select 'Allow' to allow access to the camera.
How to enable access when blocked?
If you have accidently blocked access to the camera you can select the camera icon in the search bar > tick 'Always allow https://app.try.be to access your camera' > Done.
Once you've done this, refresh the page and you will now be able to access your camera.
Take photo
Once you have allowed access to the camera on whichever browser you are using you can now take the picture!
Select three dots > Take photo. When you select 'Take photo' there will be a 3 second timer and then the picture will be taken.
Once the picture is taken you can choose to:
'Use photo' - if the client is happy with this picture you can select this and it will then be added to the client's profile
'Try again' - if the client is not happy with this picture and would like to try to take a different picture you can select this and you will then be able
'Cancel' - if you no longer want to take a picture you can select 'Cancel' and this will then remove the pop up of the camera screen.
Once you select 'Use photo' the image will then be attached to this client profile.
When there is a photo attached to the client profile and you select the three dots next to the image you will be able to:
View photo - you can view the photo for this client here
Take photo - if you select this you can take a new picture which will then override the current photo if you choose to use it
Upload photo - if you select this you can upload a new picture which will then override the current photo if you choose to use it
Remove photo - if you select this a warning sign will appear stating 'Are you sure you want to remove this photo?' , if you select 'Remove' then the photo will be removed from the client profile.
Upload a photo
To upload a photo select the three dots > Upload photo.
This will then open up your files where you can then select an image to use.
The image must be less than 1024kb. If it is too large an error message will appear. Should you need to reduce the size of the image, you can find File Converter websites or apps online to help.
Once you have uploaded the image it will then be attached to this client profile.
When there is a photo attached to the client profile and you select the three dots next to the image you will be able to:
View photo - you can view the photo for this client here
Take photo - if you select this you can take a new picture which will then override the current photo if you choose to use it
Upload photo - if you select this you can upload a new picture which will then override the current photo if you choose to use it
Remove photo - if you select this a warning sign will appear stating 'Are you sure you want to remove this photo?' , if you select 'Remove' then the photo will be removed from the client profile.
How to remove a client picture from a profile
To remove a client picture from a client profile select the three dots > Remove photo.
When you select this a warning sign will then appear asking if you are sure you want to remove this photo. If you select 'Remove' the photo will be removed from the client profile.
